Thomas
Thomas has been Personal Training since 2013. Certified through the American Council on Exercise and mentored by his father Trent, Thomas is eager to learn and share his knowledge. With a passion for teaching movement mechanics and exercise fundamentals, his clients can expect to work hard and gain valuable fitness experience for the rest of their lives.
On his off time Thomas enjoys hiking, playing games, going to the beach and rock climbing. He enjoys doing these things the most when joined by his wife, Michelle.
Michelle
Michelle grew up playing soccer, tennis, and swimming, and started going to the gym with her dad when she was 10 years old. Since then, she has loved to explore different ways to move her body, from yoga, to running, to body surfing, to climbing.
Michelle loves learning about all things health and fitness, and she loves coaching people. Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from UC Santa Cruz and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in youth fitness and sports performance and is currently in a Master's program for sport psychology. Her goal is to help people grow, reach their goals, and prioritize their health so that they too can move their bodies with confidence.
